These bands are very firm and after testing all 3 of them I must say... I absolutely love them. I started with the heaviest band and soon after I had to switch to medium. I could not take a wide stance using the heavy band, it was too much resistance. Medium band worked great for me for squats and light band worked awesome for a reverse lunge. I liked that the carry bag they included wasn't super tiny, just great size so that your bands are not jammed in there. It will hold your phone too in case you don't have pockets :) Also, they won't slide or roll down, that's the reason I had to buy them. The silicone ridges on the inside help it stay in place. I recommend this product and I know I will be using these bands a lot. ### ⭐⭐⭐ These are no joke *by B*** on Reviewed in the United States on December 10, 2018* I’m no novice fitness person and these were VERY difficult to maneuver in. Not saying it’s not a challenge, they are. But almost to a point that it rendered them useless. The large band was too large to gain any resistance, the smallest band was too small to even pry apart, the medium was nice - but very resistant to motion. If that had just a SMIDGE more give I would’ve actually felt like I could use it throughout my workout in various ways. Maybe I didn’t use them long enough for them to have any give, but I returned and went back to my rubber bands.
