The band is pretty thick and should last long enough, before I give up training my abs.

The stretchy band was amazing. It is made out of a comfortable rubber material that doesn't hurt when it is rubbed against the skin. This has really complimented my gym workouts and I use it everyday to gain muscle tone for my arms and legs! I wish I had known about this when I was trying to lose my baby weight. I would highly recommend trying this out.

The item came melted together and when I tried to pull them apart the band broke. I know stuff happens so I gave the seller an opportunity to make it right. Having purchased other bands before I overall like the bands but this time I got a dud. When I tried to reach out to the seller I heard no response that was the most disappointing thing of it all. I will not do business with the seller again buy at your own risk Updated 4/9/2021 - Seller made it right by sending another one free of charge - unfortunately the new on had somewhat the same problem although I was able to pull them apart without them ripping.

I am using these for implementation of the conjugate method of lifting and using them with weights under 200# presently due to the fact that they are quite beefy.Tried using these with 185# on the bar and one of these on each side. Was limited to 5 reps and fatigued quite a bit after a couple sets. For Reference raw max in bench is right around 400# and 5 rep max is in the 350# range. These things provide awesome resistance and I imagine are perfect performers on pulp assistance. I will be getting a scale to measure the tension in the future and verify the actual impacts.

The product arrived to me melted together. So it immediately broke in half when I tried to unravel it. They sent me a replacement and that one was also melted together in one section but I was able to unravel the band without it breaking this time. They need to use a different material that doesn’t melt.

Since all the gyms are closed I don’t get to use my favorite machines with leg cables. This is a great at home substitution. I plan to get the other ones to have all resistance levels. ItS not flimsy or super thin. So you don’t have to worry about it snapping in your face. I like to use this for arm reps as well. It’s a great at home gym addition

This turns out to be shorter than I thought but it seems to be durable. When just opened, the band kind of sticks together; but I was able to pull it apart. That left some white spots on the band but it didn’t damage anything. I was able to use it to do some assisted pull ups.

It worked well for one day. The second day, I extended about 5 ft forward and it ripped. I liked that the material was thick, but lasted two days.

Love them! I use them for training exercises for fencing! Great product so far.

The bands all arrived kind of stuck together and the thickest one (black band) was damaged in the middle.
