Alcachofivida Apple Vinegar 30 Capsules

I have been taking this product for 5 months and I lost 18 lbs without changing my diet. This is not a miracle drug, it's just a "helper". I am 65, 5.0 ft tall and my weight was about 155 lbs when I started taking Alcachofa as directed - 1 capsule per day with breakfast. I am a breakfast person and as usually, I had a big breakfast. At about noon I started thinking about lunch and noticed that I was not hungry. I decided to wait and got hungry at about 4:00 PM. at this point I thought that it would make sense to have an early dinner at 5:00 PM. Somehow, I ended up mostly having two meals per day and sometimes a snack - like a small ice cream between. This works for me because I generally don't get hungry late in the evening. Occasionally, I had to go out and eat late and a lot. The best thing is that I don't gain weight after that, I just don't lose any. I have not experienced any discomfort or side effects, I actually sleep better and I have a feeling that I probably loose another 10 lbs by the fall and most importantly I will be able to keep them off without the supplement - I already tried and my awareness thet I am not hungry keeps me from eating more than I need.

I ordered this product hoping this is finally the product that will help me lose some baby weight.For the first 3-4 days it controlled my appetite very well. I was not eating a lot anyway, but while taking alcachofa I barely had any food. Then, gradually but fast it lost its effect. Within 2 weeks it made no difference I was taking it.As for weight loss....wishful thinking. Actually I gained 3 pounds.

They work very well

the first two bottles I bought definately took all my cravings away and i was not hungry as much,I was thirsty constantly(which was great because that would force me to drink water) - I lost 10 lbs!! These last two bottles purchased thru Amazon were not sealed when i received them, which made me feel uneasy but I am taking them, what i did notice was that i have some of my cravings back. So now i'm unsure -- are the cravings coming back because my body are use to the alcachofas and they do not have the same effect??

Doesn't work as good as 10 pack of the small little bottles.

I have been taking for two weeks - every morning on an empty stomach about two hours before eating breakfast. I workout a lot - approx 5 times a week. This pill has helped control my appetite. If you feel less hunger, you will eat less and can make better decisions with what you do eat. This pill is a tool to help you lose weight and/or make better eating decisions by reducing bad cravings. Side effects - nothing. I feel absolutely no weirdness or shakiness or anything at all.

Well like every mom out there trying to loose those extra pounds I came upon this product . I have tried everything !! slimquick, hydroxicut, trimspa , jillian michaels ... and soo goes on the list ,I have been taking this for about a week with also a work/out plan and eating healthy. What the pill does though it helps you control your appetite !! alot im not always hungry and when I do eat I dont over eat how I used too. I love this !! i also got the gel and i put it on in the morning our at night after i work out, or also i wear the tummy control. I cant seem to think of the name the ones you wear when you work out to make you sweat for the stomach with the gel on, when you take it off and you have that gel on you can litteraly see te difference in your stomach !!! I have strech marks and with that cream to it has made them less noticeable and my tummy and legs and arms looked more toned. These Alcahova capsules are totally ineffective.They do not lessen your appetite which means that their claims about this product are false.They didn't work for me from Day 1.I"ve tried everything.Taking it on an empty stomach,taking it after a meal.I even srarted to take 2 capsules twice a day,NO EFFECTS whatsoever.They're supposed to make you very thirsty,well,I wasn't any more thirsty than usual.I've been downing these Alcachofa capsules for over 3 weeks now so you can't say I didn't give it a chance.This Alcachofa fad diet reminds me of the Hoodia one.Supposed to Fill You Up & make you wanna eat less.Total Scam.I've done some research on the Web & there's barely anyone complaining about this.Very surprised and suspicious of all the clapping about this product.Could it be,dare I say,Affiliates ??
