poor standards - its half the length than advertised
The product is not usable as the length advertised (10ft) is almost double the actual stretched length of the product delivered. Since we didnt measure it we couldnt even return the product. Escalated the matter to customer care.

Very very poor product. The item arrived damaged with lots of holes on the aluminum duct. I had read the same review, but I went ahead. Which I feel was a wrong decision. Please do not buy this product
