According to a functional medicine practitioner the silica in this water is fully dissolved and can be absorbed into the system. He said it can travel to parts of the body where mercury is deposited and free it for elimination. I have no way to prove this but am willing to give it a try. The water tastes good and came well packaged.

Damaged and leaking all but one bottle
