Not like the old toobs
Unlike the old toobs, the caps need to be unscrewed almost 75% until the light actually turns off. Also, as stated in other reviews, only one of the two caps for the Glo-toobs I was sent actually functions properly. I will be returning both lights. Two stars because I like Glo-toobs.. just not the ones I received.

Bad product. Doesn’t work.
Got two of these for Scuba. Neither works correctly. One will sometimes turn on, the other doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried different batteries and nothing helps.It seems like there is a problem with the screw on cap, which is supposed to also be the mode selector. It’s as if the cap never quite makes good contact with the battery and power isn’t delivered.I did get one to flicker on, and the light does seem like it would be great, unfortunately these just don’t work. I wouldn’t trust them for safety lights for Scuba.
