I was excited about these locks. I have twin toddlers who are excited about opening the sliding glass door. So I got these locks. The idea of them is better then the construction. The key is hard to turn sometimes and can take a few turns around to catch and lock. I wish it was a stronger and smoother lock.I don't think it adds any level security, cause an adult could probably pull on the slide against the lock and bust the lock. But it does work great for toddler strength!

Used this to secure a cabinet from little hands. Worked well, but the top of the key (part that you hold) is too wide so it bumps into the lock when trying to rotate and lock it. After maybe 20 uses, it just broke. No way to contact them. If they sent a new key, I'd increase the rating.

It's made the home inspector happy. Product felt cheesy to me. Seems like it would do the job though. Key was crap. Could simply use a paperclip and unlock it.

These are sturdy & great for childproofing 2nd story windows (the kind that crank outwards). A bit tricky to install depending on how your windows are designed. Does the job!

The locks work great. The keys though are not very sturdy. I had to order extra locks just so I could get more keys. Can I purchase extra keys?
