Very hard to use. Tried to contact seller for a question would not help.

Prints off Center, App on Computer is limited and can’t figure out how to rotate the image. Just used it once.

The media could not be loaded.  I got this item because I have a few wallets and phone cases that I wanted to personalize. Let me say when this thing showed up I was really surprised how small the box was, thought I was going to have to clear a table for it. But it's really compact and runs off of a standard 5v USB! So I just put it on my desk and hooked up a power bank I had laying around and voila! I think this thing has some sort of internal battery built in, because the yellow light was blinking 3 times which means that it was charged at 75% according to the manual. Which speaking of, the manual is a little difficult to understand (could have used a better English translator) but everything already comes assembled and ready to go so it's pretty straightforward to figure out. Just plug in the USB for power, make sure the black recessed switch is turned to the 1A setting (I had to use a toothpick for this) and then press the red button to get it started! The manual says it doesn't work for Mac which I thought would be a problem, but honestly their Android app is surprisingly well-made and easy to use. Just make sure to have your Bluetooth on, don't try to connect to the laser engraver from the Android system tray, but do it from within the app you download and you'll see a blue light turn on that means it's connected. Then all you do is load a photo in the app, place your item down on the tray, twist the lense until the light is focused and super fine and hit start! You can play with the burn time in the app, I found 50 was the best for making sure it penetrated the leather, but not too much that it bled over. You can also use the app to have the laser do a faint glow and move to show you where it will print. I found this to be the best way to allign it.All in all, very happy with this little engraver. Works great for my current collection of leather arts and crafts and now I want to get an even more powerful one to do metal!

I worked for a day and a half to get this working. I could never get it to interface. I got up to downloading pics but no matter what I did o couldn't get the menu on the screen. I think maybe the disk wasn't right.There is no # for a help desk. I probably would have called and ask for a replacement disk

II bought it a month ago but I just tried for first time last week, it doesn't work properly, when I try to engrave names with last name it overwrite, I tried to fix the lense but nothing happen.

I had one of these as my first laser engraver and have since bought a laser cutter and a much bigger engraver. This little guy is good to bring places though and it's kinda nice that it has a built in battery. The motors get hot though so you have to let it cool down between long engravings.

After seeing this on amazon, I couldn't resist getting it but being spectacle because how affordable it was. Once I opened the item, I connected it to the computer and installed the app. It was very easy to use, there are some prebuilt images or you can upload you own picture. It does take couple of tires to get it right but once you know, its very easy. I had to play around with the burn time and speed based on the materials I was using but got the hang of it after 10 min. It has Bluetooth functionally as well and built in battery so you can take it anywhere. over all I am happy I send the money on the item. Will def recommend it friends

This laser engraver is hard to use, the software that it comes with is very slow and hard to use. It is quite confusing, and the website for the guide keeps going to other languages. The result, as in my picture, looks horrible and uneven. It is nothing more than a toy that shows you how laser engraving works. No going to do much in real life. Plus the whole thing looks to be a prototype and not an actual product. I will be returning it.
