unfortunately, I missed the return window But this product isn't fit for what I needed. I should have checked it worked the day it arrived sadly now I've realized it's misaligned to the tool and I can't have a central embossed logo for my paperwork.

Great product!!!! Ive bought a couple of these from different vendors and the plates are always plastic! This time it is metal!!! I gave a detailed family crest and it is spot on! I will purchase again! It did take 3 weeks from orderinf to delivery so keep the timeframe in mind. I will still purchase tho coz of the price and quality! I lov it!!! Also note that it might be hard to use depending on paper weight. Any medium weight paper is easy enough for a woman to use this, but anything heavy duty like 200-300 gsm paper, get ready to give it your all when squeezing the handles together. I STILL SAY THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT IBE BOUGHT I WONT BUY FROM OTHER SELLERS AGAIN!!!
