Seems to be just plainly a Bluetooth chip. Attempted a lot of different fixes with no luck so far

Didn't work
I very much doubt this is an Intel card. Didn't get picked up by Windows 10 and was not able to fix through device manager. Do not buy this card. One star because I can't give zero.
