Fantastic quality and fantastic product
A little background. I am an amateur swimmer and so I've never really gotten into swimming. A scary experience when I was younger had swayed me from swimming so I took up lifting weights instead. Well fast forward a few years, and knee surgery later I needed a new outlet in terms of staying in shape and staying healthy. I decided it was time to try swimming. I'd heard all the fantastic health benefits and so decided to make a habit out of it. Eventually I got pretty decent at swimming but chlorine kind of burns the eyes... At that point I needed to pick up some goggles. I'd known other more well known brands but always found friends complaining about their quality and their lack of comfort. After a couple of days research, I decided on these. Possibly the best decision I've made in terms of swimming equipment. First off upon purchase. The product comes in a nice plastic case which I continued to use upon purchase. The case was sturdy and so after I'm done swimming, I just toss them into the case. Upon examination of the labels on the package, the product is made in Italy. Upon opening the package, I decided to get a feel for the product. It seemed well built and upon stretching the elastic of the goggles, it seemed quite durable. I tried them on right then and there and found the goggles were rather tight at first, but the straps on the side were quite easy to adjust with a snapping sound to indicate it is securely in place. If you want to simply loosen it, you just push down on the button and pull the goggles to lengthen them. If you have a smaller head like myself (small noggin), the little flaps get longer and so they can start like flapping around and could potentially become irritating. Simply tuck them into the little "bridge" (Sorry don't know how to describe what I'm referring to) that is available so they don't flap around. After adjusting and making them comfortable, I fit them on. I did also want to comment that the back band is a single band as it wraps around your head, but towards the back it splits into two which I felt was much more comfortable. (I hope that made sense. I'll try to upload a picture if I get the chance if no one has yet) The goggles provide almost full use of your peripheral vision, which has become surprisingly useful when swimming in a packed swimming pool. The plastic material of the goggles eye wear seemed durable and I confirmed that by scratching them with my nail and luckily no scratches came to be. The Test! Finally I had a free day to go swimming. Upon entering the water, I put the goggles on and secured the them onto my face. My biggest concern at this point was that the goggles which if you press down onto your face will give a suction feel to them and secure in place. I was worried that due to my rather bushy eyebrows, the goggles would not secure in place well enough and would allow water to go in. So excited when I started swimming and could see without having chlorine burn my pupils! So I guess in accordance with what I'm trying to say, is that they should secure and fit well on any face regardless of the contour of your face. In the water, moving fast or slow the goggles stayed tight and and did not loosen or allow water to enter. I did also want to note that I have dropped these goggles a couple of times, and they did not sustain any damage to them. Whether you're an amateur just starting to swim, or a regular, I would highly recommend this product and would definitely purchase it again!

Great goggles, definitely my new favorites.
I bought five pair of goggles recently because last summer I really wanted some and didn't have any. I got a couple with built-in nose covers and I don't really like those. I got a couple that were very shiny and looked really nice (and they were ludicrously cheap when on sale, cheaper than a fast food burger rhyming with 'mig bac'). These goggles aren't necessarily expensive, either. Compared to a 'mig bac' they are more money but the other ones weren't usable. One had a hard plastic nose piece that cut into my nose when I wore them. The others were so small they went between my eyeball and the skull-bone-eye-socket so it felt like someone was gouging my eyes out. Also, one had a "quick release" feature made of the cheapest feeling plastic known to man. I can't be upset because it didn't break... yet. But I had no confidence that I could wear those goggles for years without any troubles and you don't really want goggles breaking while underwater. So, I finally bought these. First, the nose strap. It's rubber just like the head strap! What a marvelous idea! Why aren't they all like this!? Everyone has different shape faces and noses, if you make it rubber it allows the strap to contact your nose (or not contact it if you have a little nose) without any pain whatsoever. The straps adjust really easily with little lock-buttons on the sides, and they're pretty dang comfortable. I had my expectations pretty low due to the first few pair of inexpensive goggles but these are wonderful. I am a large male with a size 8 head. The only hat I have is a XXXL. I wear medium shirts, just have a huge head. These goggles fit both my head and my face. If you have a tiny head, I recommend finding a review written by someone with a small head to be sure they'll work. When I put these on, the next thing I noticed was the lenses. It felt like looking through sunglasses (mine were the black/black color). I highly recommend the tint if you are going to use these outdoors as I plan to. Indoors, I suppose that's just your preference.

No More Raccoon Eyes
I am a triathlete, and these are simply the best swim goggles out there. They are water tight and super comfortable, and they won't leave you with a headache or rings around your eyes. They have a nice adjusting system that takes seconds to use, so you will be able to make these looser or tighter very quickly without a hassle. The range of your vision is very good, which makes it easy to see what is going on around you. The rubber is soft and pliable, so there is no cutting on the bridge of your nose. They have a split rubber strap around the back of your head that makes it easy to accomodate any hairstyle. The one downside is that they sometimes don't last as long as some other goggles, but they last plenty long enough. I work them pretty hard with a lot of time in the pool, so this may be the reason why. In a worst case scenario, these will get you through at least one season, which makes them worth every penny. Once you use these, it will be hard to go back to any other goggle.

Comfortable fit, easy adjust, supports my mp3 player, i get more laps in per hour - will buy again
These are now my go-to goggles. Goodbye speedo. ** I get more laps per hour with the Kaiman - this is why: I'd been primarily wearing speedo air seal tri mirrored goggles for about 6 months even though I had to stop every two laps to clear goggle fog. I kept my speedo sprints as a spare. The final straw came with my tri speedos after I got a waterproof mp3 player for my hour long lap sessions. The player attaches to the goggle straps - the weight of the player plus the drag of the water kept pulling the strap on the speedo tris right out of the hook. I spent a couple sessions stopping to clear the fog from the speedos, more time to stop and reach back to check & tighten the straps but the strap would still slip right out. I was losing a lot of time standing around adjusting and clearing the speedos. I started looking for goggles that were a little more secure than a simple strap pulled through a hook loop. In the Kaiman photos I saw the strap had 'notches' on them. I was a little reluctant to buy another pair of goggles since i already had two pair. During the next week, the speedo strap failed twice during one session and I told my wife I'd had enough and was getting the Kaimans. And I'm glad I did. No fog to clear. No straps coming undone or loose. That is how I get more laps per hour (less time spent wrangling the goggles). No leaks. Very comfy. They did feel a little different the first time or two (but I got the small version so that might have something to do with it). They came with a solid closing hard case. The instructions weren't terribly clear with how to open the side buckles to adjust the straps but it didn't take long to figure out. No more strap slippage - I love it. Holds the weight of the mp3 player like a champ, even with the drag and violence of my graceless flip turns. The ease of adjustment and lack of strap slip is why I will be replacing the kids' goggles with Kaimans. That will save me (or my wife or the youngest one's swim instructor) more time. ** Minor inconvenience (and the only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars) The right eye piece does get a some vision reduction after about 20-25 minutes. Its not fog and it certainly is nowhere near as irritating as the loss of vision in the speedo tris from fog. It could be coming from my eyelashes, maybe water left over from the preswim shower slowing building up on the lens as I blink. Or there could be very minor leakage from my eyebrow piercing maybe preventing a complete seal (which is part of why I got the small size, to minimize interference with the piercing). No problem on the left at all. I have no problem continuing to swim with that slightly obscured vision. Its still much clearer than the fog from the speedo tris. ** A repeat customer is born My wife, our 3 kids and I go to the pool twice a week for at least an hour per session (swim lessons for the kids, ma kicks it in the warm water pool and I lap swim for the hour). Between the 5 of us, we've easily gone through 20+ goggles in 3 years. We've ranged from low end no-namers to some fairly pricey (even on sale) various speedo models. ** Bottom line: When the time comes for replacements, it will be more Aqua Sphere Kaiman.

Definitely Worth It!!!!
First of all, this product isn't made in China, which is already a whole flight of stairs up from any other products meaning that these are already guaranteed to last you for awhile. They're made in Italy and they are perfect. I bought these goggles mainly because my old ones kept leaking and honestly, this is one of the best type of goggles ever. They really don't leak, they are very durable, I kept mine in the plastic case that it comes with, which was very efficient in taking care of the goggles. Fogging is not really a problem, all goggles will fog regardless of what they say, but the fact that they keep on my face and not leak in water is what drew me to them. The only negative comment I have about them is that the curvature on the outside traps some water and of course the 1st time I used it I had to stop and shake it and kind of ruin it for the day because I kept bothering about it. Otherwise, these are the perfect goggles for people to use.

Aqua sphere Kaiman swim goggle
This is the best goggles I ever bought and wore it. It's expensive compare to other bland but it does not fog and see the whole under water lanes. I am still using same one for about 2 years now.

My Favorite Goggles.
I am a 5'9" Caucasian woman, but my face is a bit narrow. I got the small size and they are perfect. They are the only googles I've tried (and I've tried a LOT of them) that have never once leaked. They fit my eye shape perfectly, have really soft eye cups, and great suction but not so strong it's uncomfortable. Yes, they do fog up. I've finally decided after trying so many different types that ALL goggles fog up. I don't actually mind; for one, there's nothing to look at except the black line and I can see that fine, even with them foggy. Haven't tried any of the anti-fog formulas on the market, nor have I tried the spit method. But overall- I think these are great and they are the only goggles I wear now. Oh- and I have an average sized nose, and no problem at all with the bridge of these.

Es para cara ancha
Entra agua y se empañan. Creo que no es unas gafas para mujer con la cara pequeña o fina. La vista panorámica genial, si no tuviese los inconveniente anteriores.

Awesome, Comfortable, Reliable Workhorse!
Excellent visibility, comfort and fit. They don't let in water and rarely mist up. I'm glad I spent the extra money on a great pair of goggles as I swim regularly and it means that I spend less time fiddling with my goggles and more time swimming. I bought these and the Kayenne model. The Kayennes look slightly better but let in water due to the shape of the lenses, however I still use them on a bright sunny day as their frame is black and prevents glare more effectively.
