BenzaRid 1 Gal. Disinfectant Spray

This stuff is AWESOME! I bought this for my parents house. They bought a house that had been squatted in resulting in doors and windows being left open leaving the inside exposed to the elements and mice. After the first week trying to clean this mess up, my mom caught MRSA. I bought this stuff and SOAKED the entire basement in in from top to bottom. Nobody had a problem since. It killed the musty basement smell as well which is a huge plus. It does not have a strong odor either. 1 bottle covered half the basement so I'd say the value is worth it, especially with how effective the spray is.

I haven't noticed any great difference as a cleaning agent in the bathroom. However, I am satisfied that it is working to kill the unseen issues such as dust mites, mildew, and other such problems on our bedding, rugs, furniture, and under our beds where we cannot properly clean with the type of vacuum that we have. I know our sinus allergies are greatly diminished and we are breathing more freely now. Also, I am delighted with the way it cleaned up the grunge clinging to our faucets and around the sink edge. No other cleaner has been able to clean those areas for some reason unknown to me. I am happy to see the grout around the sink is finally white again, and all the soap and mineral deposits are cleanly removed from the chrome faucets and the stainless steel drain rims in both the bathroom and the kitchen sinks. Simple spraying/misting with the BenzaRid is to cover whatever the area is is sufficient. You do not have to saturate the area. Since this is newly in use here in our home, I am using it once a week on and under the beds. Note: We live in an apartment complex and are having to use washers and dryers shared by people who are not as persnickety or also haven't found something that works as well as BenzaRid. As a result, our clothing, bedding, and towels end up with other people's problems. I'm just very happy I bought the BenzaRid to see if it measures up to its claims. It does indeed. I highly recommend it.

Product was well packaged. With cap taped on and inside a sealed plastic bag. I emptied the liquid into a garden sprayer to reach down into the a-coil of my A/C unit. Let it sit for 15 minutes. No more musty dirty sox smell. We’ll see how long it lasts. Mold is tough to get rid of once it gets in the system. Edit 4/10: Mold and DSS is back. Did not provide lasting residual protection. Will try something else....

It works great. I would suggest wearing a mask and making sure the area is well ventilated because it has a harsh smell to it.

The reason why I bought this was because i had mice in my home and there was poop to clean. Luckily I was able to get rid of them. This stuff is strong so I would suggest opening the windows or door for air to flow. However, this gives me a piece of my mind that the surfaces are clean. I leave it for about 10 minutes and with gloves i clean the mess up. I highly recommend to give this a try. This is a disinfectant not a cleaner to make your home smell good.

I had some areas of pretty severe black mold. It took a few spraying but I'm mold free now. First scrub what you can, then spray this on it and let it do it's thing. I Ley a couple days go by between spraying. Very happy with it. And smells nice.
