Directions: 1. Adults and children above 12 years old: Apply to the effected area as needed,not more than 3 times daily for 7 days. 2. Children under 12 years old: consult a doctor. 3. Clean and dry the effected area. 4. Remove from the backing film and apply,remove from the skin after at most 8 hours' application. Stop use and ask a doctor if: 1. Rash,ache or excessive skin irritation occurs. 2. Conditions worsen. 3. Symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occour again within a few days. How to Use: 1. Wash your hands before applying the patch. 2. Clean and dry the affected area. 3. Bend the patch and remove the film to expose the adhesive side. 4. Apply the adhesive side directly on the skin in the affected area. 5. Only use one patch to the affected area, the patch can last up to 8-12 hours. 7. Wash your hands after removing the patch. 8. If the pain is persistent 8-12 hours after the first patch and the second patch may be applied. 9. Very Very disappointed !!
I was expecting the patch to add heat like the Tiger Balm iusually use. That is what i perceived from it because it said heat and it had a tiger so I was expecting it to work the same as the balm. I was terribly disappointed it did absolutely nothing but smelllike an ointment. If I had a congested nose it would of helped. I am in the process of returning the items.

Poor adhesion, patches do not stay on
I typically purchase similar patches from Chinese sellers on eBay. Those stay on well with proper skin preparation. These do not stay on at all even washing with soap and drying well or wiping with isopropyl alcohol and allowing it to dry before applying. I wish I'd returned them.

Removes pain and cause of pain it seems!
I had som pain in my ankle. I wnet to an old chinese akupuncture guy and he put on something similar lookibg patch. I searched Amazon and found these and they are actually AMAZING! They helped me a lot. A friend got some and she used it for pain in her elbow! Great stuff! Keep it on for 24 hours is what the Chinese guy told me about his patch so that's what I did with these.

Wish i can give 0 star
All other chinese medicine patches can make the applied area warm (by stimulating the bloody movement), this one does nothing at all, same same, 100% useless.

It helped me a lot with inflammation but I did get a rash. But I am very sensitive with almost everything.

I have tried a Variety not so happy with this brand.
I have used several types of "pain patches" these not so much. I dont know if it is my body chemistry or what but this brand does not work for me. Also the patch comes off with little ware.

its does start to burn after 15 mins or so
and does take at least 70 percent of the pain
