Everyone needs this to just feel less weak. It seems to be helping out our diets.

The main selling point for me with these Vit B1 capsules is the fact that you can empty then into water, or any other drink. The only downside, you might think, is the flavour of the powder. It is of intense Marmite but if you flavour your drink, this effect should be attenuated. Of course, I don’t do this – I throw my daily cap into my breakfast porridge and let the actual capsule melt away. I can then scoop it up as I have gotten used to the taste.Now, having had trouble swallowing tabs etc for all of my life, I don’t have any more questions to ask of my nutrition supplements … the end!

A good product. Arrived promptly. I have only been on it a few days but it seems to be helping my CFS/Fibromyalgia.

Very disappointed to open the bottle and the capsules are all stuck together. Trying to prize them apart to get them out the bottle and I lost more than a few. Can’t return as no printer and I don’t have phone scan so won’t be ordering again.
