Installed this on a 2011 Nissan Maxima. It was very easy to install and a perfect fit. After installing, the car showed an immediate and very noticeable improvement with performance and just running in general.

This faulty sensor messed up my car as soon as I replaced my old sensor. I had to order it from Nissan. Save yourself the trouble and buy from Nissan

I recently had the pleasure of using the Mass Air Flow Sensor for my car, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. As someone with limited knowledge about cars, I was initially worried about finding the right part and the complexities involved in its installation. My 05 nissan altima had a stutter and the engine light was blinking, felt like it was going to shut down and quit running. When it stopped stuttering the engine light went out. So I'm thinking how am I going to figure out the problem if I can't check the OBD code. Then I remember the same thing happened to my 06 nissan quest a couple of years ago. Replacing the mass air flow sensor fixed it also. So if this is happening to your vehicle this a easy and economical part to replace 1st and should solve the issue. My altima is back to purring like a kitten again.

It was quick to fix the check engine light problem, but the car started stalling after about 18 months. So in the end, I decided to pay full price for one that was more reliable and came with a warranty. So it’s great if you can’t afford full price now, but don’t expect it to last.

I was having service engine light On for sometime and got a replacement MAF sensor for my Altima for around 170$. It didn't last too long but I could get a replacement as it was in warranty. Then I moved to another state and the light showed up again. Unfortunately the same retailer doesn't operate here and I was stuck with the 170$ junk.Then I thought of giving this one a try and to my surprise it worked for me.One thing to note though that they body of the part had some wear signs but internals were shining like new.Since it goes under the bonnet of the car, this is hardly an issue.Overall, very happy with my choice. Probably saved me another 100$ on another expensive MAF sensor.
