Product works as expected, I don't think you could put anything particularly heavy in this storage unit as the arms would bend and the whole thing would drop down - I've used them both together (they clip together very securely) and am using it to store boxes of tea bags and part-baked bread, both lighter items. It is bending ever so slightly downwards, so I don't think it would be suitable for storing anything like bags of rice or anything whoch weighs substantially more than teabags and bread, but I am satisfied with this purchase - it has freed upcupboard space in our particularly small kitchen.
