So Easy, So Tasty!
This couscous has become a pantry staple in my kitchen! We eat it weekly (even though my nephew thought it would be funny to stick it up his nose one time). It cooks up in just a few minutes and turns out perfect. I love how versatile it is — I’ve used it as a side dish, in salads, and even as a base for grain bowls. The flavor is neutral but slightly nutty, which makes it perfect for soaking up sauces or mixing with herbs and veggies. Great quality and great value. Highly recommend for quick, healthy meals!

Absolutely Delicious and Versatile Couscous!
I love RiceSelect Pearl Couscous! The texture is perfectly chewy and satisfying, and it cooks quickly, which is great for busy weeknights. It has a slightly nutty flavor that pairs well with roasted vegetables, grilled chicken, or in salads. I’ve used it in both warm and cold dishes, and it always turns out great.

Better than the gritty couscous
I decided to try a different type of couscous and I’m so glad I did, this stuff is delicious, even before adding it to anything!

Great stuff, why didn't I find out about this sooner?
I've seen "cous cous" on menus before but never ordered it. It looked boring or like a vegetable, perhaps. However, I was making a "we mail it, you cook it" type meal that came with a small portion of cous cous, and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I had added some chopped green onions, garlic and oil to cook it in, so not just plain cous cous, but it was like eating a (more) starchy version of those boba balls you can get with big straws and Thai Ice Tea or other drinks. These are very roughly the size of green peas, rather than the size of rice, as other cous cous varieties I've tried since have been. The bigger ones taste better to me, and are easy-peasy to make. Add about 50% more water than the amount of cous cous you want to make. Cook/stir for roughly 5 minutes, adding whatever seasoning you want (butter, oil, garlic, onions, cilantro, pepper, heck, all all of this stuff if you want), and there you go. I'd probably give it a 4.5 stars, since I try not to give perfect scores.

Tasty
This cooks up quickly and easily, and tastes great. It takes on the taste of whatever spices you add during cooking, so it’s a very versatile side dish.
