These are light snacks but are perfect for those cravings which hit between meals. If you want something crunchy and not overly sweet or high calories , , this is an ideal choice. I occasionally find then for less in stores but it’s hit or miss. Be sure to eat these over a plate because they do crumble and the pieces don’t always fall into a typical small to medium bowl. A plate is best.
