The media could not be loaded. I just got the dash cam and went for a drive. Quality is excellent and the ability to live stream to FB (hope you all know what social media platform that is), just add another dimension to it all. If ever you want to go driving and critique how bad or good drivers are ;)I just have to set the date, time and change from Miles to Kilometers (I am in Canada). I had an issue with static in the audio but when I stopped using the built in USB port on the car and used the 12v adapter with USB then there was no static (most likely a filter in the adapter).Shipping was fast, from Wisconsin (love that state) to Manitoba and packaging was exceptional.There customer service is excellent and they do answer you back. I am very pleased with the company.Worth every penny.Update;I have been using this for a few days and here are my final thoughts and input on the dash cam (yes still worth every penny).Further to add to my review is with using the MAP software for video review that will use the GPS to show your location while driving on a map.I have notices that you cannot change to Kilometers and the camera only records speeds in Miles. Something to consider.You need to go to the ROVI site, look up your dash cam and click on the download tab there and download the application. However, when you go to install it on Windows 10 you get a warning that its an unrecognized app. Click More Info and then Run anyway and AWS Player will be installed.For the AWS Player the Map Type won’t show Google Maps (not for me anyhow as I am in Canada) and the only working map is baidu map (a Chinese map company I am guessing) but it will not track my driving unless I switch the speed unit from KPH to MPH.All in all it works.I figured I would try some other free GPS dash cam tracking software. I tried free version of Dashcam Viewer and had to download a Codec pack (software prompts for it after its ran). My ROVI isn’t listed in supported dashcams I tried it anyway and it was amazing. Shows satellite view of google maps and can change speed to Kilometers and it will show in the application the correct speed (while dash cam video will still show MPH) for KPH.There is a lot more but to much to get into. I like this Dashcam View software much better and would recommend this one over their player, especially so if you need this for court and/or insurance reasons. I would put the link here for this is not permitted so just do a search for “dashcamviewer” and you will find it.

Complete waste of my money. It never did connect to my wifi the buttons are so small to see. The sms card would not go in the slot and when I bought a new one it fit but it kept giving me a message that said it was full. I did everything to get the card to go in and then when I charged it, It would say the battery is low. I gave it to my son to deal with. I won’t buy this brand again.

This is a great product. The GPS attachment adds gps information which is great. the only problem I have is that I had to replace the windshield and when I tried to order an extra mount in case I had to replace it and their store is not even working. I called the company phojne number and some car mechanic place recording answer. Love it but support for this is non existant.

Purchases Dec. 2018.Camera uses rovi wifi not bluetooth, so, I had issues:#1 rovi wifi over rides 4G, and bluetooth, so I would have to connect my Spotify and car bluetooth first then connect camera or things were wonky.#2 play back on phone app had sound, but it stopped working.#3 camera started running hot.#4 playback on app would not play back. It would just give still footage.#5 as of May 2019, camera does not stay on. It powers off and restarts every 5 seconds.#6 GPS will no longer activate.It was a 5 star while it worked and it was very stylish.

GREAT camera for driving. Now I am comfortable driving knowing if someone decides to hit and run, I got them!! The ONLY downside...I wish the camera would run while the car was off to catch anyone trying to pass by my car and steal it! The G sensor needs to be set to medium though or it will go off with EVERY BUMP!!!

Worked great until the app was no longer supported. If you don't need the app, you could still use it but you will have to pull the flash card and download the videos to your computer.Customer support never answered any of my emails about the app issue!

This is a nice dash cam. I’ve had others, but this one is my fav! It has clear video when you download and looking from your phone or whatever device you’re watching it on. I love that is does show the speed that you’re going and the GPS shows the area you were in. It’s very easy to use and comes in handy! I recommend this camera.
