Comfortable and works
I really like this. I received this 2 weeks post op Lipo 360. It has helped the swelling and hardness tremendously. It ia not hard board, but flexible foam. And it has two foam in one package. I use one for the ab area and cut other one in half and use on the side. It fit and lay good on the skin.

Leaves Indents on Skin :/
This isn’t the best lipo pad because it leaves the bubble indents on your skin, unless you put it backwards? Oh I just realized this is a lipo foam pad so it goes UNDER the hard abdominal board. Ahh, this makes more sense!

A great tool to eliminate fibrosis
I am 6 weeks post op tummy tuck and have developed a small area of fibrosis. I researched a really expensive belt with the bumps that are supposed to massage out your fibrosis but that belt was like $179. So far so good. I feel like after a few days in this paired with daily massage that my fibrosis is getting smaller. When I remove the board it looks like my stomach is an egg crate lol. Apparently the jist is microvibrations during movement that help stimulate circulation. This was a great buy! I will probably end up wearing my boards and compression for a long time to come. I don't really have an exit date from my surgeon and I absolutely adore wearing compression.
