I got defective product and their return service is very poor. They reject my return request.

i am using to hold cold water and never tried for hot. for hot water i am using another tower type milton with glass insulation which is very best. this product is not so much insulated to the latter but is serving its purpose very well. Go for this if u need a dispenser. Only cons observed is that its tap is dripping water for 1-2 minutes occassionally after use. overall excellant product. go for it

Quality:Not value for money, product quality is very low, cap and other plastic quality is very low
