If I, as a man, eat this, will I be "empowered" too?

There is nothing in the product that says men cannot have it, but it certainly is more beneficial to the female body.

does this taste nice if made with water alone

It’s personal taste really, trying different water/milks etc to see what you like. I much prefer it with almond milk. Tastes different depending what you make it with but overall is better with a milk type fluid I think.

Is the package plastic free?

It's current made from recyclable materials, and we are working on launching a compostable version soon!

Do you have a version without *any* type of sweetener?

I would look at the website as they have free soul green which is amazing and zero sweeteners! It's hard to find protein without sweeteners otherwise it would be inedible ahah.. :) But I love this is 100% natural and only very little natural sweetener. Hope this help x
