This product comes in handy. Took it on my first trip and it was useful. Was able to charge my two phones and my laptop with no issues.The only reason I docked it 2 stars is because the power plug is not snug on either end. It comes lose easily from the block and it comes loose easily from the plug that goes to the wall outlet. Also the adapters are not snug either. If these things were fixed and we're more snug and secure, then id rate it higher. Not being able to use the full length of the power cord because it easily pulls out, is kind of a deal breaker and dangerous. The plugs have got to be secure for power devices like this. It could spark or even cause a fire. But if your hotel has a plug on the desk and you just plug it in close by and leave it on the desk, it shouldn't be an issue. A bit disappointed by that. Wish I could exchange it but it's past the time.Update: after my second trip, the unit gives off a sort of burnt odor. It's not blown because everything I plug in it works fine. But it has a faint smell as if something burned. If I could exchange it I would, but I think it's past the return window.I would have preferred it if it had an American plug as the main, only because when I stop traveling or if I don't travel overseas as much anymore I could use it stateside regularly and at home. Instead the plug will be far too bulky. Or perhaps if they included a US plug cable along with the euro one, that'd be acceptable.

The Sokoo power converter is literally so cool. It meets all our needs during our travel to Asia, We can use it to supply power to my laptop, electrical toothbrush and hand steamer. It alsocomes with 4 adapters for different countries(for our planned visits to UK and Germany later)and the cooling fan has no noise at all, compared to my previous travel adapter which is hummingall night like crazy, this new product is amazing.. It charges our iphones and other USB devicesvery fast, especially the blue quick charge 3.0 port, which charges our samsung Note 7 from empty tofull within 40 minutues.Really love it & Highly recommended~

Excellent combo for voltage converter and USB charger. It works very well since I bought it several weeks ago. We brought it with us for a trip to China and Korea, for two weeks we are using it constantly and no problem at all. It could step the 220V current to 110V down and I use it for both my laptop and electrical fan simultaneously. Neither big nor heavy, easily fit into anywhere of my travel luggage case, it charges several of my usb devices such as bluetooth headset and cell phone and supplemental battery all at one time, works great...I would like to buy another set as a gift for my friend. This product is well worth the money！

I bought this for use in South Africa. I was looking at the instructions and it states that it doesn't have and adapter for South Africa. I am pretty frustrated because it was fairly pricey and it stated that it had an adapter for 150 countries, you would think it would work in South Africa.

Lots of plugs/ports for USB adapters. It will help with the struggle of finding enough plugs in hotels domestically. It comes with every international plug you need. Feels very sleek & works great.

The SOKOO power converter, is a really life saver. It firstly attracted me by its beautifully cool apperance and promoted price, but after I got it, I find it is really a great surprise and life saver. I plug everything into it and running 24X7, nothing wrong happen at all..It didn't raise its temperature too much during the working process, and works so quiet that I cannot feel its existence even within several inches. This reliablely hardworking machine satisfied all my needs for voltage converter, make my life easy and comfortable. Hopefully I could buy more products from SOKOO in the future, but seems they are wholesale company specialized on Voltage Converters. Anyway, maybe that is the reason their product being so reliable~

I like how it’s small and lightweight perfect for my travel needs to Asia and Europe as I need a converter to use my waterpik :)

Both charged at the same time with no problem and after going home and using the home outlet, there was no ill effects from the power converter. Very satisfied.
