It's doing something to kidney for sure
I started looking for ways to help support my kidneys due to uric acid and gout. I steep and took a cup and 2 days later I had a discomfort in my abdominal, it made me have the feeling of wanting to pee and so I did and I noticed there were a small protein in my urine plus what looks like a slight maroon color which makes me think of blood?.I don't know, it's making me think twice about drinking it again (most likely going to stop until I actually know there is a kidney problem with me and have a provider guidance) It's definitely doing something to the kidney alright.....
