After installing the brackets (very worthwhile for stability) these bolted right in and worked great, giving me a huge view with the addition of the convex mirrors on the side/bottom. After installation, I used AlphaOBD to set the orientation of the controls, the puddle lights and the turn signals. For $49, I now have access to other options on the truck as well, so I feel better than spending over $100 at the dealer for a single visit! I now have fully operational tow mirrors that work so well. I towed my fifth wheel for the first time with these and the view was amazing!
