If you get plants from me you need to acclimate them over a few weeks to full sunlight because I grow mine indoors in low light for aquarium use and sudden exposure to full sunlight will burn the leaves off and may kill the plants. Some submerged in main pond and some in back of lava rock bog planted with roots under rocks near window. Submerged ones where planted in a basket of pea gravel with top of leaves just below water surface, roots under gravel, and leaves have grown out of water now. Pond is in front of a western facing window, also use a small grow light near by. Gave one to a friend, it's been growing in a drinking water bottle indoors near grow light. It's been in the bottle just as long as mine have been in pond and will be planted soon. Had them about couple months now, several new roots and leaves.
