For the price it's good. While the buckle is metal, I think, the front has a strange glossy coating that makes it look cheap and plastic. But I was just using it for a costume and needed something inexpensive, so it did the trick.

I wkre it for a while with a belt I ordered and the small bar that connects it to your belt bent so bad that it came off.My recommendation is to make a smaller bar to use instead of this one. I think it would bend less.
