Ideal gift for HHH fan!
My wife is a huge fan but hadn't seen a lot of this footage. There's some full fights from a variety of periods. It's all as high quality footage as was in use at the time.

Thy Kingdom Come
Told through his voice, his stories of the road, wrestlers, wrestling, Vince and becoming COO would be an incredible tale. A DVD, then, told through his voice using footage, images and, crucially, the voices of those who were around when it all happened would be even more remarkable. The tale of the boy from Nashua, NH, to two working class doting parents who would work hard every day of his life to eventually become the chief operating officer of a multi-million dollar organisation is told through the voices of literally everyone who is anyone from WWE in the last 25 years.Like in so many areas of this documentary, the story is made even more rich and engaging by its narrators: the DVD's spine is made up by the voices of Jim Ross, Shawn Michaels, Vince, Steph, The Rock, Steve Austin, Big Show, Dave Bautista, Ric Flair, John Cena, Randy Orton, Kevin Nash, Mick Foley, Sean Waltman, Brock Lesnar, both Paul's parents and, of course, The Undertaker. His injuries are covered with the first particularly given room. His comeback is and was remarkable and film of the doctors discussing him and operating on him is really well-placed. Upon his return, too, Flair, Orton and Bautista all praise not just his work ethic but his remarkable character and nature. Orton describes how patient his was with him in his younger days and how Triple H took him under his wingand made him what he is today. The Matches were great- from Wcw-WWe. Overall For the documentary alone, the new Thy Kingdom Come dvd set is a must.

One of the best Wrestling dvds around
Triple H is a wrestling legend. The documentry on disc one is a brillant insight to the man behind the 13 time world champion. shows his early days, wcw and his rise, fall and rise again in WWE. Has some of his best matches of his career on dusc 2 and 3, shame it hasnt got HHH vs The Rock ladder match at Summerslam. Overall one of the best wrestling Dvds around. GAME OVER.

Great documentary and generous bonus content.
Enjoyed the main documentary on this set and the bluray exclusive features are really good. The only thing that lets it down in my opinion is the match choices selected for this set. Some of his great matches with stone cold and the rock are left out. But still some decent matches on here like the wrestlemania match with Brock Lesnar.

The Real King Of Kings
FINALLY !!! the DVD/Blu-Ray that we have all wanted to see, Tezra-Rising, The Conneticuit Blue Blood, Hunter Herst Helmsley, HHH or to give him his real name Paul Michael Levequse, this is the doc that will take you beyond the BS, glitz and glamour of WWE and show you the real man behind the 13 time world champ, the reasons why he was canned for 12 months for saying goodbye to his friends in MSG, the wedding that no-one in the Mcmahon family wanted or endorsed until he stepped up and proved himself, and now see him in his actual 'day job' of being a senior advisor and COO of the biggest sports/entertainment juggernaught on the face of this planet, as soon as i seen this advertised on WWE my pre-order was in straight away ........... cant wait, GENIBUS NETITO CANIS (ON YOUR KNEES FOR THE KING)

All about The Game....
I bought this Blu ray as a present for my Husbands Birthday.....He was really impressed with it!!! We both love watching WWE, and this Blu ray was perfect...I would highly recommend this product to others, who, like us, love watching the Wrestling, and are keen to know the life stories of the people involved in it. Fantastic value for the price......really, really glad I bought it!!! Many Thanks...!!!

Spoiler: Triple H wins
I thought of that title primarily as a joke, what with Triple H's many title wins during his career and his "pull" backstage in the WWE. But really, watching the matches I found this for the most part to be true too.I'll admit I'm not the biggest Triple H fan, but I know he's good and certainly respect what he has accomplished. The documentary piece that goes with any of these types of WWE releases is up to the usual high standards you would expect. Very interesting stuff. However, where this release is let down is by the matches. Some of them are just flat-out weird choices, and average matches at best. Two stand out examples: A World Title defence against Rob Van Dam from an episode of Raw where the crowd was absolutely dead during the entire match, and a singles match against Jeff Hardy from an episode from Smackdown where again similarly the crowd was dead. A match against Chris Jericho you say? Oh this should be good... oh wait, it was from when "DX" were feuding with Jericho & Big Show over the tag team titles, on an episode of Raw with a gimmick involved. (Spoiler: Triple H won). But then I realised what was wrong with the matches, here was one of WWE's biggest stars who rose to fame during the attitude era and had some of the most hardcore matches in WWE, yet here on The Game's "career defining Blu-ray/DVD" release, they're all missing because of the current PG era. Okay, if you're a WWE fan you've probably seen his classic matches with Cactus Jack on Mick Foley's multiple DVD releases. What about his three stages of hell match with Stone Cold Steve Austin? (Or any match against Austin for that matter) How about the Last Man Standing Match against Chris Jericho? Granted there are two Last Man Standing Matches here, but both after WWE banned blood.Bizarrely, even though in the documentary they cover the two matches Triple H had against The Undertaker at WrestleMania and the "end of an era" but neither of the matches are present here. Then again, the second match was a Hell in a Cell match...

King of Kings
Probably features the best documentary I've seen WWE produce. Triple H talks all about his career in great detail and up to his new career as the future boss of WWE (its clear that he and Steph will continue the family business) and creating the future of the WWE with NXT. Covering highs and lows I just found this amazing.
