Used in a recipe for malt bread, was very tasty

Taste is great but lost part of one jar due to leaking into the packaging

This is delicious, I have added it to my wholemeal loaf and it’s changed the texture of the bread as it’s not so crumbly now and makes sandwiches easier. The taste wow , it’s so much better using just a tablespoon of this instead of the 7.5gm of sugar in my recipe. I also made Paul Hollywood’s recipe malt loaf , it was so easy and so delicious I will be making more of this ,it’s amazing. I also like it in my porridge. I first used malt for my first baby who was such a fussy eater( still is and in her forties lol) as it helped and was what we did back then. I’m very very happy and will be back for more.

Difficult to get hold of in supermarkets - easier alternative to have home delivery.

It is difficult to get pure malt extract which I like to use to make malt loaves. This is ideal.

The malt extract is lovely, just as I remember it! 2 out of the 3 Jars were fine but the 3rd had leaked badly even though they appeared to be packaged well. Wonder if the lid wasn't on well? Anyway will use it up on a malt loaf
