The GardenersDream Premium Vermiculite Medium Grade | 2.0-5.0mm | Mixing Compost (100L), isn't cheap, but it is good quality.It does exactly what it is supposed to do, in retaining moisture in the compost or soil. Some people mix it into their growing medium, but I just put a thin layer over the top of it, which slows down moisture evaporation. If you don't water the plants, some of the Vermiculite will blow away, in the wind. Which is a good visual indicator that you letting you plants go dry.I can recommend product, and Seller.

Aids drainage and makes soil/compost lighter and easier

I used to always order the Sinclair brand of Vermiculite but the price of that was higher than this. I ordered this to try it and three times in a row now I have received a bag of the Sinclair vermiculite instead of the brand shown! I am very happy with this as I am getting it for £28.99! This is an excellent vermiculite and I use it a lot for sowing and potting. It saves a lot of money on those little bags you get at garden centres and it is delivered to your door. If you are a keen gardener this is great but!

Great delivery excellent products just what you need to open your soil structure to prompt root growth

My soil was rather poor and sandy but gradually with the addition of my home made compost and vermiculite it is becoming more water retentive and fertile. I was only adding compost before, but the addition of the vermiculite has greatly aided the texture and water retention. Seedlings take as easily as anything and more importantly keep growing. Great product at a reasonable price. I'm really glad I've discovered it.

My first bag got lost in delivery but the seller sent a second, no problem. A good quality product that absorbs water and nutrients then releases them slowly over time resulting in less watering. It also insulates the roots keeping them warm in winter and cool in summer.A little tip for newbie gardeners; when you are told to plant something in semi shade conditions, it is really the roots that need to be cool. If you add vermiculite to the planting hole and use a deep mulch (sand is great) you should be able to get away with a sunnier position.

Bought this product before and was very pleased with the results. It lasts me about a year as I have a large garden and grow a lot of flowers and vegetables from seed. Would recommend and it was delivered very quickly.

The only serve bit was a slight hole in the back in the Sun a bit must’ve come out I think it was May during transit summer Avenue it’s good value
