2017 Apple iPad Pro (10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) Space Grey (Renewed)

I purchased this renewed iPad Pro for my husband when his ancient iPad Air stopped working. He was slightly sceptical to say the least! It duly arrived the next day and even he could not find any marks or slight scratches anywhere on his new ‘toy’!It is in excellent condition and works perfectly and at £319 it’s a bargain.

Battery life good, overall happy with my purchase

Two things stopping me from giving this five stars firstly the iPad was covered in greasy marks so this could’ve been cleaned before posting and the charging lead was the wrong type USB C not lightning

Product arrived in good time boxed adequately in non standard packaging. The iPad Pro 10.5 itself obviously was a refurbished unit and didn’t come with genuine lightning cable or small plug. No problem. The iPad itself was immaculate. No marks or blemishes. Screen was responsive all around. Found that it was originally registered 10 months early. Immediately checked the serial number and found 2 months of Apple warranty which was great. Checked the EMEI and found no markers online. Came preloaded with iOS 12 whereas currently It os 13. Again no issue. Highly recommended to get a heavily discounted unit if your not fussed about the latest and greatest.

Supposed to be iOS 17 but when trying to download apps such as BBC Sports and others it informs me that I neediOS 15 or above and refuses to download. Why?’

Mixed reviews were read of the renewed ipads but i took a gamble because of the Amazon refund guarantee and got to say i couldnt be happier. The seller Pixeldirect (may be different depending on availability) followed through on the amazon promises that the unit would be like-new with a long battery life. The ipad didnt come in an apple box or have any protective plastic films, but it was scratch-free, no dents, no dirt, factory reset and came with brand new charger and lead. Its fast, no serial number problems and just needed a few updates. For the price of £328 for an ipad pro 2017, i would gamble again 100%

This is still a great product. I also have the 2018 model and it's not a big difference between the two in terms of functionality.

Acts like brand new, doesn’t come in original box but I am highly satisfied with its performance. Easy to set up and use (even if you haven’t used an apple product before). Light weight so makes my commute into university a lot easier and the battery lasts me a whole day at university (which my laptop didn’t). Would recommend!!
