not as good as i thought
very low to the ground, hose is not long enuf to reach bottom of jugs, and seems as though when ur filling a water bottle the red light starts flashing as if the jug is empty, Do wish it had a light under the spicate also. Noisey when sucking up water..... will not buy again...

Cooling / heating
Either, I’m not sure how to use it. The heating element doesn’t produce more than one cup of water warm enough for tea at a time. The cooling element is also the same not satisfied with this product.

Serves its purpose
I needed a water cooler. This was the least expensive one, it serves its purpose, but it’s a little on a cheap side, but like I said, it serves its purpose.
