They are an open design which means that you can hear most of the background noise happening around you when you have them on. Considering the price they are probably just as good as I would expect. Because they are open backed design you get a nice "open" sound coming from them which you don't get from closed headphones. I'm not quite sure how big my head is but they fit me just fine. And they adjust much bigger and much smaller than would fit me so I can only assume that they'll fit almost anybody. They are very comfortable too. I have worm them for many hours at a time and haven't once felt any discomfort or pain from them. Battery life is incredible.
