The wrapper the molds came in (not the outer box, but the plastic keeping them together) was covered in a smelly, greasy, green substance. The mold themselves also had a bad smell to them. I washed one thoroughly and am in the process of making ice to see if its still an issue.

I bought them so I could make a hollow chocolate diamond ring pop! So my friend could propose to my other friend that I love! And it was perfect! I had to modify to molds to make it work. I would like to make some ice cubes sometime! I think that would be super cool.

These are awesome! My family loves having diamond shaped ice cubes! They aren’t very sturdy so it is a bit of a challenge to get them into the freezer without spilling them everywhere, but I was expecting that. My only complaint is that they don’t always come out in a perfect diamond shape, some of them come out with a slight lump on one side. I use water straight out of the filter on the refrigerator though, so maybe boiled water would fix this problem?

Great molds for upcycling crayons. They do use plenty of crayons. They come out super cute. We upcycle the crayons for a kid business day and people were loving the way these diamonds looked! I saved the other mold for chocolate in the future and just designated one mold for crayons. Perfect if you have a ton of broken crayons every year, you may as well upcycle them and give them away as gifts. Fun and easy for the kids to participate making !

Great molds but not sturdy to hold with one hand. Need a sturdy base to carry to freezer.

Bought these for my friends bridal shower! Very cute touch! Because the mold is rubber it’s a little tricky filling up and getting into the freezer without getting water everywhere. Also if you don’t fill completely, they don’t look as good. Rubber held up through getting them all out after freezing as well. Freeze pretty quick as well. I’d recommend.

Diamond ice cubes

I watch my partner use them and am confused as to why she goes through such effort for icecubes, I wouldn't have the patience. I gave these 5 stars because anything that brings this much joy to her life deserves all the stars I can give them. She loves ice cube shapes and has been using these consistently since we bought them. I would never use them myself but would 100% buy them again just to see her smile.

Great ice trays. Easy to fill, fun in drinks. Even my brother mentioned how 'cool' they are. 😀😆

The ice cubes that come out of this mould really look nice in drinks and it's easy to remove them from the mould. My only complaint is that you need to scrub the hell out of the silicone before you first use it, as there's some kind of mould release film. You won't see it at first, but put an ice cube in water and you'll see particles of it floating around everywhere. Ew! However, once scrubbed good with soap, didn't have problems anymore.

Ice cubes are smaller than expected and the shape is not really noticeable in a drink.

The trays are not well supported so they need a perfectly flat space in the freezer. The ice cubes were great for summer martinis but will not be used for more than special occasions due to the flimsy form.
