Good product it's functionality and features are excellent and cooling well, But installation and stand charges we have to pay around 2500 rs.

We very happy with the new Blue Star Split and Excellent installation service. The team arrived on schedule, completed the work neatly, Excellent cooling, low noise, and energy-efficient performance.

Value for money but installation charges is high
I purchased the Blue Star 1 Ton 5 Star AC from Amazon. The AC performance and cooling are very good, and the features are also impressive. However, I faced an issue with the installation charges. The installation was mentioned as ₹999 + GST, but the technician charged ₹1700. After a small discount, I finally paid ₹1600. Apart from the installation charge issue, the product is good and working well.

I have a small room so it is very efficient in cooling, almost takes jast 2-3 mins to cool the entire room and the major advantage is its 5 star rated so electricity bill is very low.

Bad experience with customer care of blue star
Customer service very bad as per amazone installation fee 699+gst but charge 1300 AC stand fee by technician 850 but market price 350 TECHNICIAN NOT COME ON TIME THEY CANCEL MY FIRST SCHEDULED APPT I CALL TO AMAZONE THEN THEY RESCHEDULE MY APPT TOATLLY EXPERIENCES VERY VERY BAD DO NOT PURCHASE THIS

Product ok But installation charges Are Very High small part fitting labour charges high. in Short Discount(ex. 3000) is equal to installation charges. I Recommend to buy offline because service good and in 1500 all installation completed. Also on EMI discount high but other tax and GST Charges high. So first take Rate from offline then buy
