This pillow has literally changed my life. For the first time ever for the past month since using this pillow I haven't woke up with a stiff neck or a sore shoulder. It's a game changer. I was sceptical when I first came across it on Amazon and read the positive reviews ( thought it sounded too good to be true! ) but I thought I'd give it a try anyway... it's a bit odd looking for sure, I was worried that it would be too big for my silk pillowcase but actually it fit's in very easily with room to spare! For neatness I put the pillow under another pillow when the bed is made ( I have a super kingsize bed with four pillows ) but at bedtime I discard the top pillow and use my Orthopedic pillow on it's own. You can use it two ways, turn it one way then you have the option of turning it on it's head too. I change it nightly depending on how it feels. The side's of it are incredibly good for resting my wrist which has carpel tunnel and my right shoulder up where I have slight arthritis. I'm a fit 59 year old woman with a few pain issues in bed at night. I used to wake up with a stiff neck but not anymore! I've wasted loads of money on various pillows in the past and they always go flat, lumpy, are too hard etc so it's false economy, this sound's expensive when you first look but believe me you won't regret investing in it - and it's British made too!

Overall you’ll probably get a good sleep using this pillow but when I bought it I thought it had cooling features but I’m not convinced it does which for me sucks. The pillow is very small so if you’re someone who likes to put your own pillowcase over a pillow like this I’m thinking no standard pillowcase will fit well ( I had no intention to do this so I’m not bothered by it ) if you’re someone with bad scoliosis the armrests will probably be useless for you. I liked using the thicker side way more than the thinner side. Hopefully I’ll get a year or two out of this pillow before I’ll have to get a new one. Disclaimer so far I’ve only used this pillow once so my opinions on it might change over time.

Wow.. I have suffered with neck, head and shoulder pain through the nights and could never get comfy. This pillow is firm so supportive, but soft so comfortable. It improves sleep quality a huge amount and for the first time in months I can wake up without neck pain. Really supportive. The quality is brilliant as well, you take it out of the box and it is ready to use, I always put a normal pillow case on it for hygiene too. No problems at all - cannot fault it. Definitely worth the money!!

This is a good neck and shoulder pillow but I found it very low. Nice and cool. The shape is good!! Definitely pain relief from neck and shoulders. Great support!! Value for the money. Thank you 😊

I've never bothered to review any of my amazon puchases: this pillow is the exception. I bought it in desperation a fortnight ago. My neck was not in a good way-constant pain and sounded like a packet of crisps every time I moved. I wasn't sure what was causing it and I didn't want to blow £150+ on a Tempur or similar pillow if it was a problem a pillow couldn't help with, so I took a chance and bought this one, with no expectation that it would make any difference. I made no other changes to my routine; no medical intervention, no painkillers, nothing. After two weeks sleeping on this pillow, the neck pain has subsided to the point where I don't notice it and I'm not thinking about it any more. An actual *miracle*. It's not the most attractive or comfortable of things, and doesn't look great on your bed. It's a weird shape that takes a few nights to get used to, especially if you're used to multiple feather/down pillows. This one feels medical, not luxury. The foam it's made of is also strange to sleep on at first, but you get used to it. It doesn't feel hot or sweaty, which for a menopausal woman is everything: I don't know if the temperature will still be ok come summer, but for now it's fine. It's still early days, but it has kept its shape well. It also fits inside a standard pillow case, which is helpful. I'll update this review in a few months with how it holds up with nightly use and warmer weather, but for now it's a 14/10. Life changing.
