2X BROTECT HD-Clear Screen Protector for Icom ID-51, Crystal-Clear, Hard-Coated, Dirt-Repellent

This fits great on my ID-51A. Best thing to do is completely clean the screen so that the screen protector has the best chance of staying in place over time. This box came with 2 screen protectors, so should last a very long time. Worth the price to protect the fairly expensive radio. Would recommend!

Nicely fit, however the small GPS sticker that Icom puts on the top center of the touch screen is slightly raised, and there is no cutout for this on the screen cover... The cover works, however it is slightly lifted at the center top as a result of the lack of a cutout.

Went on very easy and seems to be a very tough screen protector. I ordered two packages of two so because it works so well, I gave one to a friend who also has an ID-51. So now I have an extra set in case mine ever fails which may take quite a while.

Great screen protectors and really the only ones I know of being offered. They hold up well and protect against scratches that are so easy to get on the ID51 screen. The only downsides are that they can be tricky to put on if you aren't used to installing them and shipping take a while as they are coming from Germany. All in all I recommend them to keep your device looking new.

I misread the description. Protector was way too small.

The nice folks at Icom pointed me to this product when I asked them if they sold the screen protectors that came with the radio.Easier to install than original. Same thick material yet perfectly transparent.Mine shipped direct from Germany to the US and arrived in less than a week.
