Best screwless plates available
I've installed lots of screwless wall plates, from several different manufacturers, and I like these the best. Just painted every room in the house and completely replaced existing plates with these. Maybe a little tricky to get the hang of snapping the base plate together the first time, but once you do, it's a breeze. What's nice about the design of the base plate being in halves that snap together is that you don't have to remove the light switch, duplex outlet, whatever (but please remember to turn off the electricity at the breaker box!) you just loosen the screws holding it to the box, then slip each half of the base plate behind those mounting screws and snap it together. The base plate has little nubs that help you get perfect alignment of the switch on it, then tighten the mounting screws back down. Snap the face plate on, you're done, with a nice clean looking wall plate. Oh yes, one other thing. Be sure on the face plate to put it on with the little rectangular openings on the bottom so you can't see them. They are for inserting a screwdriver in if you ever need to pop the face plate off. I just wish they made them in a stainless steel or brushed nickel version, and that they were easier to find in stores.

Easy to Install - Best Screwless Wallplate on the Market
If you're reasonably good with tools and instructions, these are incredibly easy to install and are the best fitting and best looking screwless plates on the market. Unfortunately, this product seems to have been discontinued, and from what I can tell, there are no comparable products yet available.

Quite the improvement, BUT...
It definitely looks better than the standard covers and installation was a breeze, but given the > 3x price difference to the standard covers, I expected a little more:- The color of the white plate is a slightly but noticeably different white from all other standard switches and components (Leviton, Lutron, GE, ...). It's a much "colder" white (more on the grayish side) as compared to the slightly "beigeish" white of the switches. Shouldn't have been that hard to color-match this correctly. All other manufacturers I've bought from so far have done it right... (Just in case: I am definitely using White switches, not Light Almond or Ivory) -> One star off for that.- I was hoping for the gray back-plate to be strong enough to make sure that the switches and outlets are not only sitting in the middle of the cut-outs (that works reasonably well; the little pegs are a tight enough fit), but also to allow me to tighten the screws on the outlet/switch enough to pull it flush so that the switch is not rotated slightly around the vertical axis (i.e. the front face of the plate is not parallel with the outlet/switch). For this purpose, it is too weak and bends out of shape, leading to an end result that is not much better than what you can achieve with a standard cover. I was hoping for significantly more here. Much more rigid plastic (a thermoset instead of thermoplast plastic) or, better yet, a metal back plate would have been a much better choice. -> Half a star off for that. This leaves us at 3.5 stars. Given the price-tag for essentially just some plastic, I will round this down to 3 rather than up to 4.One more suggestion, in case the manufacturer is reading this: It would be helpful to have a way to tighten the back-plate down onto the drywall for cases where the in-wall box is a bit lose (many of them are only attached to a wood beam on one side and can flex a bit over their length leading to a gap between the cover and the wall on the side away from the beam).

Best screwless wallplates
Of all of the screw-less wall-plates that I've tried, by far the Pass & Seymour are the best. Why? because they truly include zero screws. The grey backing plate has plastic guide pins to help line up even the biggest dimmers and smart switches. The grey backing plate actually moves the switches 1/8" out from the wall, providing even more space in the jbox for wirenuts and such. For multigang switches, especially 4 gang like this, getting all of the switches to line up evenly is a chore... the grey backing panel helps line them all up.. a quick torpedo level across the top of the grey backer tells you if you are level... if not.. loosen all screws slightly and level... tighten up. The switchplate cover snaps in place... perfection. For my included pictures, Leviton Vizia RF+ Zwave Dimmers are shown, quickout swithc covers, and then finally poweredNote that if your builder left your jboxes proud of the drywall, you may need to grind them down to be flush... any part of the jbox protruding beyond the drywall surface will prevent the switchplate for sitting flush.

No Screws!
I am building a house, and have dozens of wall plates around the electrical outlets and switches. The electrician had a habit of making all the slotted screws that hold the plates on line up vertically. It's annoying, and to make some of them vertical he has to give the screw another twist which makes the wall plates depressed in those areas. They look awful. So I threw them all out and replaced them with these gorgeous plates. There is another brand of screwless wall plates (Leviton, I think), but they're square-edged and glossy. Terrible-looking in my opinion.Try a couple of these and you'll go for doing the entire house with them. Be prepared to open your wallet. Become an evangelist for gorgeous electrical wall plates and make the known world a more beautiful place for all. I suppose you could recycle your wallplates-held-on-with-screws, but maybe you could send them to another country or something, like below the equator where people won't see them.

There is nothing erotic about this product.
Yeah, pricy for a switch cover, I agree. But I looked into all kinds of options, form cheap-o 29 centers, to plates almost 50 clams each. I have to say, I like the clean simplicity of these. That's all.
