Chelsea Laptop Backpack

This backpack is comfortable to wear in plenty of storage room. Used it for a two night overstay.

Great for travel

Loved that it has a sleeve to go over handle of your carry on or suitcase. Lots of room inside with a protective pocket for computer. Very good quality product! It is comfortable to wear as well as carrying with the attached handles!

Received a defective product. The fabric was coming undone at the main zipper. I only used the product twice until noticing. Reached out to Bagillini product support. Zero empathy from their support. This individual offered a replacement in Twill as a warranty replacement because they did not have the Puff style available anymore. The Twill currently sells at nearly half the price I paid. I bought the bag because I wanted a puff style. I chose Bagallini over generic puff backpacks because I thought I would be paying for higher quality. I was wrong. I asked to return for a refund instead. The representative declined the request and didn’t propose any other solutions. Again, zero empathy throughout all communication. Why pay over $150 for a defective, low quality product with low quality customer service? I’ll take my money elsewhere. Amazon made it right and I will be returning for a full refund.

I use this backpack as an everyday purse for work and errands. It has lots of room and will be great for traveling also.

Great looking backpack, professional and well made.

This bag is well made, feels solid with lots of pockets for necessary (and unnecessary). There's a protected laptop pouch, pouches for various needs, a small zippered area, and expansive side pockets for water bottles and other need-to-access items. It's easy to carry with both a solid top-handle and backpack straps, and not so large you feel like a pack mule. Good for travel or daily use. Neutral, and not at all flashy. A little generic looking, actually. Feels durable, with large-tooth, free-moving zippers. The biggest downside is, by far, the price point. Just hard to say even a good quality, but non-spectacular in any way, bag is "worth" the price point here, though I guess it's worth as much as anyone is willing to pay. Will say that other than it's slightly smaller size, and some pink on the labeling, not sure what makes this solid black bag a "women's" laptop backpack.
