Excellent mood cards for using with children and also adults
A social work colleague had some of these and raved about how children really liked them. I bought these recently to use on a team away day and they are really good with adults too, especially as an ice breaker. They are larger than I had thought, and very sturdy with a lovely feel to them so they will robust for working with children. The illustrations of the bears are very varied with subtle gradations of moods and feelings (which are not labelled so it is entirely a subjective choice) and really expressive.

Amazing resource
Love these!! Use them all the time with kids - older children respond well too. There is something about the bold nature of the colour, the size and the thickness. Perfect!!

Highly recommended
These cards are ideal for adults and children. They work very well when families use them all together to talk about feelings too. They also work well in a therapeutic setting particularly because there are so many different expressions of thoughts and feelings.

Fantastic resource for therapists. Should be in every therapy room for children.
Have bought several times for different schools. Work really well.

good visual aid
Very colourful. Not having any words leaves the cards open to interpretation which can make expressions of emotions easier for some people

Finally a good emotions resource
What I love about these resources is that they cover so many feelings, so many products stick to the basics, but human emotions are not basic! You can show a graduation of feelings to help explain how you went from "happy" to "angry". They are also very versatile and come with lots of ideas. I think lots of Autistic kids will be able to think more about the faces because the bears are so simple and not distracting, for example in my experience with other cards, I think I have been talking about an emotion, but they are fixated with an object on the person's body that has distracted them. You can use in a group or one to one. I love them.

Brilliant for helping children express their emotions
I love these cards and use them a lot in my work as they enable young people to think about and share how they are feeling even if they don’t have the language skills or don’t feel comfortable verbalising itThe colours and the pictures are lovely and very attractive to young children whilst also appealing to teenagers too

Super
Used in a professional context with a large group of children. Each child chose a bear and could say why they chose that particular one and how it relates to them. some very interesting and unexpected discussions were had. These could be very useful in the home if you have a child who struggles to talk about emotions or even with challenging teens and adults. The one thing that I would change is to print them on slightly thicker card as little ones do like to bend more flimsier resources. Well worth the money.
