Temperature numbers not readable!
Can't read temperature numbers and does not heat evenly ..returned! Then it would not work at all! Poor product! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY!!

Excellent Quality ~ Works better than expected
I recently got a horrible haircut. It was supposed to touch my shoulders but for some crazy reason my hairdresser cut it so short itโs up to my earlobes ๐ก Itโll grow but I had no idea how to style it in the meantime. Wearing a hat isnโt always an option either. I saw this mini iron & went for it. It certainly has made this goofed up cockeyed haircut tolerable now & I no longer sleep in a baseball cap lol And for those who are wondering, I didnโt really notice, or I was in shock, at how hideous I looked before leaving the salon so No, I didnโt kick her a$$ for the butchering of my once beautiful head of hair ๐

Does everything as described
Narrow plates allow me to get close to my roots to ensure a smoother less frizzy look. Since it does everything the listing describes, it deserves 5 stars!

Got a replacement and both stopped working
So I got this flat iron initially I was happy is small it's compact is cute it stopped working after a few days it wouldn't turn on I replaced it with another one and have the same problem it stopped working so do not buy this product cuz it does not work

Not great quality
I'm on the fence. My first purchase broke within a week. This one seems to be fizzling out and I've only had it about 3 months. Not completely broken yet. It just doesn't seem like good quality but they did replace it immediately so I gave them some stars for that.
