One of the best water bottle
One of the best bottles I have come across..it keeps the water chilled for more than 24hrs even when it's there in the car in very hot weather..I could recommend everyone to buy this..product durability is very good,as I have been using it from past 4years.and it comes with a cover handle,which helps the bottle to be carried easily..and it's very easy to clean and there is no leakage at all..and u get a cover which can be used as a glass to drink..love this bottle.

Warranty claim issue
Very very very worst customer care service. If you want warranty, pls prepare any other product.I opened and used my product after 10 days of delivery which means I opened the product after the returning period.In my product there is heat retention issue.I tried many times (for two weeks), I can't claim warranty via website. There is Lot of trouble and distress. Till now I can't reach the customer care service.
