Well-made and cheap
Good aluminum knitting needles. A bit on the short side for my preferences, but gets the job done. Good for sticky yarns where you need the loops to slip off of the ends easily.

Nice needles
I have been knitting most of my long life. I learned how to knit on straight aluminum needles.I have tried other kind. However, I always go back to the straight aluminum needles. Habit andcomfort!

Great Knitting Needles
I love the color. They're strong and there's a nice catch on the bottom to keep my stitches from falling off. These knitting needles are nice and smooth to work with. I'm just starting to knit after many years so I'm starting with these to make socks. I tried the little tiny needles but I couldn't handle them too well. I do recommend these, they're good needles for a beginner.

Great for garter stitch
So, I was on row 400+ of a garter stitch scarf and I kept setting it aside. I use mostly bamboo but, there was too much friction between my needles and the cheapy yarn that I was using. Too much friction = hurting wrists and since I have RA, I need to keep that at a minimum. Anyway, after ordering these, I know I'll be ordering more. The stitches were flying and I finally finished the scarf. I sort of shunned metal as a beginner because it's slippery and I don't like the sound of metal on metal. However, the sound isn't very noticeable, especially with the tv or music on. And now that I have a bit more experience, I can control the yarn better. As a comparison, I recently bought some Susan Bates needles and the sound is much more metallic than these. Also, the yarn doesn't glide along on them as well. I'm talking about regular run of the mill acrylic and cotton. So, when it comes to metal needles, I prefer these and I'm sure I'll complete the set eventually. They are cold as heck though!

Not smooth
These are good needles but not sure what it is about them but they don't glide in and out as smoothly as my other brand needles. The knitting experience is not smooth.
