MusicNomad Microfiber Suede Polishing Cloth (MN201), Small

When I began playing guitar, I read that it was a good idea to rub the guitar with a dry cloth after playing. I have been doing this, but as my guitar collection has increased, I have chosen to have a few dry cloths around the house. This cloth glides along the guitar removing oils from the arms hands and fingers.

This is one of those "all great review" products I look for before ordering without looking further. So, what to know about it? It isn't all fluffy microfiber. It is as described, very soft suede-like that I think gets fingerprints off better than other cloths. That's what I use this one for and another kind for dusting and general care. I also use this for my unfinished fret board and getting skin oils off before putting away the instruments. I think this can be used for any finish and for anything you want to do without harming or scratching the instrument. I have a satin finish and never polish. I use these as the 'soapy wash and rinse" cloth and my other as the "drying" cloth. There ya go, my quarter's worth.

Got this and some fret board oil cuz i knew it was dry and boy did the fretboard light up(darken) the grain of the wood shows so much better and feels so much smoother...

Generous size, but not as good as other cloth types for dry wiping nitrocellulose lacquer guitar finishes. This appears to do no harm. I really like Nomad products, but this one seems better suited to other instrument finishes. I bought several different polishing cloths at the same time to find the best one for dry use on my gloss nitro guitar finishes. The nap on this one is a bit too smooth--too much like suede, and not enough like flannel. Without some kind of liquid polish, this does not do as good a job at routine dry guitar wiping after playing. For me, the best ones for that are the microfiber ones that have that flannel like nap. Other cloths that don't work as well have a terry-like microfiber nap. Those may be good for liquid polishing, but I still prefer the flannel nap ones like Planet Waves

Very high quality guitar polishing cloth. I'll probably buy more in the future. There's not much I can say that hasn't been said in the other reviews.My only issue is the nice Ziploc bag it is in has a cutout in it so you could "feel the difference, feel the quality" in a retail setting... I was tempted to ding them a star for arriving in a bag that lets it get dirty, but realized I was being an idiot. 😶

Great product and serves its purpose. Cleans up your guitar nicely with no streaks.

Purchased for cleaning my glasses, but was not what I expected.

Large, soft and a great value for your money. I trust it even on my nicest guitars. I use it mostly for the main body and the back of the neck.

Like all Music Nomad products, this is a very good quality polishing cloth that works really well but is rather expensive.But then you get what you pay for, so I hope it will last a long time.

Compré esta tela ya que decía gamusa. Yo estaba buscando una protección que funcionara bien para evitar la pantalla de mi mac se lastimara. He de decir que funciona muy bien para ese fin. La gamusa no es "per se" gamusa, ni es la más suave que conozco, pero cumple su cometido. Evidentemente mis comentarios no son útiles para aquellos que quieren esta tela para limpiar sus instrumentos puesto que no le di ese uso, pero estoy seguro que funcionaría perfectamente para ese fin.

Thicker than I thought. And it's not very soft. I think my glasses cloth are better than this product when cleaning my violin. But this one is much larger than my glasses cloth and this is why I kept it. Hey, why can't you just produce this using the same glasses cloth material but make it larger and i will definitely buy it and give you five stars.

Me sorprendió la gran calidad del material y el tamaño de la misma. Funciona muy bien para limpiar instrumentos musicales delicados o para que no le hagas daño, al igual que funciona bastante bien para limpiar equipo electrónico delicado como pantallas o monitores de computadoras y laptops (lo uso bastante para eso).
