Works
it works as advertised - something I don't experience a lotBig "bulb" - one fill is enough to clean you outthe bulb has a one-way air inlet valve so you can squeeze a bit - and release/repeat - takes 4-5 squeezes to emptybulb. One thing I would like to have is a nozzle a bit longer and bigger diameter for greater flow - squeeze has to be a steady pressure and not to hard as all that does is tire your grip!the silicone hose and one-way valve in the hose is also nice - no backflow when releasing the bulb to start another squeezeone caveat - one can squeeze to much when bulb is near empty/empty and blow in some air - which can be unpleasant after effect - I watch the liquid in the hose (85% transparent) and when I see the air - just stop squeeze.hose/adapter screws into the bulb so easy to clean after use and easy to fill before screw-attaching the hose/adapterI had a smaller drug-store bulb and fill was by squeeze/suck up from a cup - cumbersome and took 3-4 applications to do what this does one go - also the drugstore bulb cracked after about 3 months. waste of moneyonly thing that might do better job of clean-out would be the hanging bag type - a lot more trouble that this item.it came with several nozzles - all with small diameter. And finally - a bit of paste lube is needed to provide for easy slipping in before starting the squeeze.always go slow and make sure to use very gentle pressure as your "insides" don't sense pain much if at all - don't want to damage anything!

One of THE best enema kits I ever bought.
I bought many enemas in the past. One of the biggest issues with them comes down to cleaning. It is near impossible to check if they're good to use due to the tiny holes on them. And it's difficult to clean them and upkeep it.But this kit? This one is a game changer. Featuring a tube system and a one way valve, this kit is the love child between the bag and the bulbs. Even the tube that it comes with has a one way valve that prevents water from being sucked up back to the bulb.Another good thing this kit brings to the table is cleaning. With the screwable lid, you can easily check inside of the kit and be able to clean it much more efficiently. It's all so simple. The only pitfall is with when using the tube, you got to make sure you don't leak water out on accident as what ever is in the tube leaves through the nozzle.I also must say, the bulb is so pretty! The company's logo looks so nice on the bulb and gives it a bit of personality.Overall, This enema kit is worth it 100% if you're looking for something more high end that's not a bag

Cleaning with ease
These enema kits are very convenient to use. I prefer to use these over the drugstore enemas. The design is very good. I like the check valve in the hose. The bulb has a one way valve in the base so that it can be used via gravity feed or simply squeeze the bulb. The valve keep water from being drawn back into the tubing. Having a clamp is very good as well to control flow. This kit would benefit by having a douche nozzle as one of the attachments. The enema nozzles are adequate for the intended purpose but a little short for a deeper cleansing. The entire kit is easy to disassemble and clean. I use toy cleaner from Joy to clean everything before air drying and putting it away in the little satchel it comes with. Overall I like this little kit. I did purchase the next larger one. It holds a bit more water and has the douche nozzle. The features are similar to this one. Either one will not disappoint you.

Do Not Recommend-Here is What To Do Instead
This setup has more negatives than positives:1. Bulb is hard to squeeze, particularly if you have any issues with your hand such as strength or arthritis. This is the main drawback.2. Two way valve does not work correctly.3. There is no way of visually seeing how much liquid has been used once you are done. This is particularly true if you have filled the bulb completely and only used part of the contents.4. Filling the bulb partway results in blowing air into your body first and then the liquid. Not great for those of us already prone to gas.5. The tips provided cannot be used in all scenarios such as with or without the hose attachment. Here is what I recommend doing instead. The one nozzle that fits like a sheath or jacket over the tube (it doesn't screw onto anything but simply slides onto the hose) is the one I use. I buy Fleet enemas and empty the contents and fill with water. I then slide this tip over the enema tip of the Fleet product. It's the tip that is the lifesaver. It's tapered and very soft and makes insertion much more comfortable than a blunt tip. You can also buy empty enemas of course but the price of the Fleets is just as good if not better. I use this setup every day. These tips are available by themselves from other companies. This is a good setup (what I described) and I recommend it.

Best ever
I have used another brand for years and bought my third one a awhile ago. The capacity was lacking and the bulb was hard , dispensing only about half the water, and it was necessary to refill it one or two times. I spotted this larger bulb with a soft tip and it is really good! It can be used with the soft tip only, as a bulb with no hose. It can draw matter into the bulb if you do not squeeze it all out in one go. The check valve did work by drawing air into the bottom but this just pulled air into the mixture and I still got some backflow on my first use. I will try using the hose next time. One fill is adequate for my needs, the bulb is not hard to squeeze and the soft tip is very comfortable, it squirts sideways not straight up. The best I have used so far and a good value.

es muy pequeño
la verdad es muy pequeño para lo que cuesta y para el uso que uno le daría. no lo recomendaría.
