Leaky when in “non spray” mode.
The three spray choices are not distinctively different but the real issue is I wanted to be able to turn water off with the push of a button. This indicated an on/off button but it is weak and water continues to dribble out. Would keep looking for a better spray nozzle. Hose is good and it works on my slide pole and color matches my brushed nickel fixtures but… it’s the weakest element of my bathroom renovation. I mostly use the overhead rain shower so just use this hand held to spray down the shower when cleaning.

Easy to install very nice piece!
The media could not be loaded. Works great was easy to install and we have 4 small kids pulling on it and we use it to get in and out of tub and it is very sturdy. My brother in law is a contractor so he said it was easy to install but I doubt a non-construction person could do it especially if you have ceramic tile like us. Great purchase definitely recommend!

Excellent addition to our new shower!
We gutted our bathroom. I wanted a hand shower on a pole. This one is awesome. Very pleased with it. Many reviewers for a regular pole style said the pole is too slim and when you tilt the hand shower down, the hose hits the wall and has a hard time tilting down. Well, this one is awesome! Because it's a grab bar, it's solid and the pole is thicker (and is spaced away from the wall for your hand to fit when grabbing) so the hand shower has no trouble tilting down at all. I decided to just have the hand shower be the only shower as the hand shower head is big enough to feel like a standard shower head. If it isn't, there are many kinds and sizes of hand showers you could swap it for. Pressure is good. I like the one hand adjustment lever. Yes, you can force it to slide down without using the lever (not that you should do that), but it holds in place great. People also complained that the wall elbow wasn't included. Well, of course it's not included.. you could be hooking this up to a tub faucet and wouldn't need the elbow. Overall, we really love how it turned out!!

Head is plastic not metal
The adjustable showerhead is not metal. I am concerned about durability because it's plastic. We will see.

Pretty sweet!
Bought this to replace a Delta hand-held shower faucet that has never been easy to use. The original set-up was similar but NO where as well made as this!! Contacted Delta about the original fixture, since they offer lifetime warranties. What had broken was the portion that was made to slide up and down the wall mounted handle, so the hand held unit could be rested and positioned for storage or to stay in place for a shower. It never worked smoothly - either to slide up and down the wall mounted handle or to hold the hand held unit. You practically needed a sledge hammer to set the handheld in place OR to get it out.Delta said a comparable replacement was $565.00, but they would generously discount it to $165+taxThis unit cost $117 and is much better quality with more features, easy to install (used existing 90 degree wall joint). Highly recommend!!!

I like them
Just remodeled 3 bathrooms. Bought 3 of these. In the main bathroom, I used one of these in conjunction with a fixed shower head and a shower valve with an integrated diverter. In the other 2, I used these instead of a fixed shower head. I just think they're much more useful then a fixed shower head and I prefer the way they look too. I choose these over all the other similar models because the slide bar is actually an ADA compliant grab bar that doesn't look industrial. Another big plus was the availablilty of matching ADA compliant grab bars (Delta Faucet 416360) and towel bars (Delta Faucet 41319). I'd encourage other bathroom parts manufactures to take notice. The shower heads themselves are multifunctional and I like them well enough. Honestly, since they're chrome, I can replace them easily with something else in the future if I want to. The sliding holder works fine and is easy to adjust. Overall, I really like them and would buy them again.

Pros/Cons, but I’m not returning it...
I asked my SO to please put a slide bar shower head in and this is the one he chose. Had I known that choosing different sprays would be a Guessing Game of pushing button combinations I would have said NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT.A BIGGER DEAL BREAKER, the button to cut the water off when you are soaping up, DOES NOT TURN THE WATER OFF, NOT EVEN CLOSE. Usually they do a little trickle, but this shower head does almost a full out run. However, I’m not going to tell the man I love to take it down and put up a different one. I count myself lucky he does the honeydos. Besides, do I really want more holes in the wall? Heck no.I will say that it does provide a good hard spray as well as a couple gentle showers and stuff between. My SO made sure it was screwed into studs so it would be good and sturdy, it feels very solid.

Disappointing. sloppy plastic, cover plates don't hold
The media could not be loaded. The good:- Looks great, see pictureThe bad:- The cover plates of the slide bar remain loose. The instructions say to push firmly but that does not hold them in place. In the end I put silicone behind them with wood clamps to hold them in place while it dries.- The slide action does not function properly. Moving the arm up or down is supposed to release the lock so it slides smoothly. It slides very jerky and you can also slide it while in the lock position. I've got two of these and one is slightly less worse than the other.- Build quality is poor. I can handle plastic parts as long as it feels firm. The arm is loose and feels sloppy like a low budget shower arm.- The shower head itself is mainly plastic and feels like it.Would I recommend? No, stay awaySee the video

The adjustment handle stops gripping the bar after 3 months!
I purchased this unit to install into a large shower for an elderly person.Three months latter the height adjustment handle will no longer grip the vertical rod to lock it in position. The poor design ensures premature wear.Look for a better designed product.Buyer beware.
