Great addition and is used regularly. Sturdy and easy to put together. I assembled by myself in 20 min or so. I love that everything is adjustable, including the seat, which makes it great for both my husband and I to use. I especially love the hamstring curl option. We had a bench with the hamstring curl feature but my legs were too short so it hit awkwardly and was uncomfortable to use. This is an easy swap from leg extensions to hamstring curls and is so much more comfortable. I can definitely pull heavier with this vs the bench. It does have a fairly large footprint in my small work out area. While I already have a bench with attachments to support exercises that I do on this machine, my bench tips whenever doing extensions using more than 100 lbs. This machine stays firmly planted. I have not tried the hip thrust. If you don't already have an option for doing this, it would be an added benefit. Assembly was quick and easy. Packing was excellent.
