Worked Straight Out Of The Box
This most important laptop component worked straight out of the box. Perfect replacement for the original HP battery, in fact I'm typing this message powered by the new battery!

It fits
The battery was perfect, unfortunately I had to take the laptop apart to find the battery code number, why do they make it so difficult, can't they just print it on the back of the cover? If you are taking your laptop apart be wanrned there might be screws under the rubber pads on the bottom.

Poor battery life
Very disappointed. Battery life is poor, as a rule 90 minutes max using word processing. If I edit photos or watch video it is much less. Travelling internationally so is difficult to return a lithium battery

doesn't hold charge
Bought this battery in January. 9 months later. it doesn't hold it's charge. outside the return window
