I bought this item oftenUnfortunately it came in and all the tubes were liquid.I was surprised and very disappointed.

the item was shipped and arrived as stated. This product has always been one of my go to products.

Love this stuff, long time user, hard to find locally and glad to find it on Amazon.

I've used this tooth whitener for years, and it works great. HOWEVER, last few times I've ordered it from Amazon, the tubes have been watery and runny. I've noticed the same with SOME tubes from Wal-Mart, too. Yesterday I bought a marginally better tube from Rite Aid. So, the problem is not just with Amazon. The tubes don't have an expiration date, and I think that's at the core of the problem. The runny products are likely expired.The active ingredient in thooth whitening gels is hydrogen peroxide. When applied, it breaks down into oxygen and water. The freed oxygen whitens the teeth by oxidizing the stains out.But if the gel is expired (or stored inappropriately at too high temperatures), it breaks down into water and oxygen while still in the tube. The freed oxygen gas escapes, and the extra water makes the gel runny. The resulting watery product--with most of its oxygen lost--has only a fraction of the original bleaching capacity left, if any.I hope Amazon throws away the expired/defective stockpiles--and maybe puts pressure on the manufacturer to start putting an expiration date on the tubes. I think the maker of the product has a big problem in their hands when it's more likely a customer gets a defective watery tube than a good one--whether purchased from Amazon OR a regular store.

I was using this gel for a couple of years, but the last few tubes I received have either turned to liquid after the first or second use or this most recent box came with a liquified gel. Very disappointed. I doubt I will purchase them again.

I’ve been using this for YEARS and it absolutely works!!It hasn’t damaged my enamel or gums!When I get to the shade I want it, I go from using it daily to just a couple times a week.When you first start, I highly suggest using it morning & night for at least a week then just once a day until it gets to the shade you want it.It used to be in most drug stores & major retail chains but now you can only find it in stock on Amazon
