My PI4 said to me "dude, I'm gonna get hot" just as I was putting him a case. So I got this heatsink & fan collection to help him stay cooler before he got upset. Bowing my head in shame, I had forgotten to purchase some in my haste to get another PI4 before the stocks ran out again.As the PI is not going to be burning cpu cycles continuously, I thought this set would do the trick. Everything you need is supplied, is simple to fit, and the diagram in the listing for the fan orientation makes life a little easier again. After fitting the heatsinks I connected the fan via 5v to run at full speed to see how quiet it really is. Well, I have to say it is indeed quiet. Of course if you are very close you can hear a faint whiring, but that is to be expected.I simulated a load using the `fio` utility and the temperature stayed below 40c, which I'll take.Overall very pleased with this. Probably not for the overclockers out there, but it suits my needs, might just suit yours too.Update:=======For the hell of it I used emby to software transcode a 1080p HEVC ACC 5.1 video to stream to view via a web browser. Using software transcoding hits the cpu hard, with each core in the high 90's pretty much the whole time. This is not a usual workload for me. The temperature reported by 'vcgencmd measure_temp' hovered around 65ºc. Thought this might be useful to some.

I am extremely pleased with its performance. The fan operates almost silently, ensuring that it doesn't disturb the environment while effectively cooling the Raspberry Pi 4. Installing the fan was a breeze. The package includes all the necessary components, and the fan fits perfectly on the Raspberry Pi 4 without any hassle.The fan supports both 5V and 3.3V, providing flexibility in power options. At 5V the fan is definitely more audible.

Used 4 heatsinks - CPU, Ram, usb and ethernet. Fan connected at 3.3v.... all makes for a cool Raspberry Pi

Bought this to replace fan in Pi 4 B, this is not silent and is louder than the previous stock fan. High pitch whirling noise constantly. Very poor product.*** UPDATE *** 1 star to 5 star!!Seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement fan, happy to say this replacement fan is much better - Thank you

Added to my pi3B+ and it's doing the job nicely. Heatsinks are the right size and easy to fit.Take care only to peel the blue liner off and not the whole pad - just go gently and use tweezers to get it started if you don't have the finger nails.The Fan is very quiet and I'm pleasantly surprised; I can barely hear it on 3.3V even in a quiet room. In a silent room when you turn it off you can tell it's stopped, but you don't notice that it's running when it's on. With any background noise/TV etc you just don't hear it.

Exactly what I needed for my labists case after its original fan failed.This fan does not shift quite as much air as the 10mm option but the additional room for air flow seems to balance this out. I currently have this attached blowing inwards. Would guess this would be most efficient. "vcgencmd measure_temp" gives 43-47C.For a quiet fan this is nearly silent on the 3.3v pin.I had 3 of the 4 pi4 heat sinks. So have some spares plus a set of older pi sinks. Not sure how much of a difference they make but a nice addition none the less.

The screws and nuts provided assume you have somewhere to mount this off the Pi, but the header pin connectors were very convenient. I'm running this off the 3v pin and getting the temperature drop I needed and super quiet.

Io ho installato questa ventola su un raspberry pi 4 ma potrebbe essere montata su qualsiasi modello. La ventola inoltre raffredda bene non mi ha causato mai problemi di surriscaldamento. Inoltre ho apprezzato anche le viti con i loro appositi bulloni che sono della misura perfetta. In fine il prodotto è spedito con prime, quindi una garanzia in più che il prodotto arrivi molto presto al cliente.CONCLUSIONIConsiglio tranquillamente il prodotto perché so che farà di sicuro al caso vostro soprattutto se possedete un raspberry.
